Got decent mains percentile this year

Guys I do not want to get ragged by any senior. Normal senior-junior interaction like other engg colleges is what I want, is it practically possible here? This is a big concern for me so I just wanna know more about this before joining

Normal respectfully jaise baat krte hai bhaiya isme help krdo etc and not the good evening excuse me sir crap

Also how bad is the ragging scene actually and like does everybody necessarily get ragged?

guys hear me out first

People generally say NITA has decent placements for CSE and placements and opportunities are all I care about.

Also major thing (for me atleast), DTU SE even though for pvt companies it's equal to CSE/IT but for PSUs it's not accepted

My dad wants me join something that will keep the door for govt jobs open for me too and I won't get CS/IT in DTU

please share your honest opinions and any help would be greatly appreciated

so I cannot get IT/CS but I can get ITCY/ITNS

(IT spec in cyber security and IT spec in network security)

Everybody tells me that it is a bad degree or you shouldn't prefer it over SE/MnC, some say it's a dead degree

I wanted to ask does anybody know anything about these degrees?

I am interested in CS but thing is I won't be able to get CS/IT branch. I haven't really explored anything about CY and also have no idea about future prospects in this field or the placements

Would really help if someone could help guide me

Any seniors here could please tell me if SE graduates are eligible for PSU recruitments?

Since most PSU have something like this

accepting CSE,IT but don't accept Information and communication technology

They don't mention SE

BARC specifically mentions that they don't accept SE (OCES me)

Does anyone know if someone with this degree was eligible for maharatna recruitments or not

So I was curious about Btech at DTU

Whenever I try to search about DTU online it's just doom and gloom from both dtu students and non-DTU students

Everyone just says that DTU is not good anymore it has fallen sharply.

Should I join DTU this year ( SE/ITCY/MnC) or look for other options

The MBA side was never that good at DTU to begin with but is it really not a good clg for Btech too atp?

Ik everyone kind of dislikes the whole clg tier thing but still is it like atleast t-1.5 ish ?

I am confused between NSUT MnC and NSUT ITNS (~17k rank). Placement wise MnC seems to outpace ITNS when we look at data for this year even though ITNS has higher cutoffs than MnC (ie people prefer ITNS over MnC)

I am looking for any opinions/advice on this topic

My question is will this trend continue in the future? Which of these would prove to be more future - proof and better opportunities
