How do you differentiate between genuine chemistry vs. a spark that may not be healthy?
Or does it just take time?
Or does it just take time?
For me, I’ve recently started getting waves of nausea the week or so before my period. I hate it, lol! I can also barley handle alcohol anymore, like I won’t sleep well and my anxiety will spike even if I have a small glass of wine 4 hours earlier. And I’m much more sensitive to caffeine.
Potentially coming from Denver. I enjoy how active Denver is but the outdoors tends to take up a lot of people’s time and interests -on weekends, people leave to go to the mountains a lot. I like being active but I don’t want my life to center around it. A run at the beach would be great for me, vs like, training for an ultramarathon.
I also prefer the ocean to mountains. I like live music, art, cultural events - general liveliness that I feel Denver lacks due to the outdoor obsession. I’m also looking for somewhere where not everyone in their 30s is moving to the suburbs and having kids. Is San Diego a good pick?
edit to add: I do like a general “laid back” feel (not centered around work/hustle culture) too
I am trying to convert myself to a side or back sleeper (lol), as a current stomach sleeper. I put my arms under my pillow and always have super tight shoulders!
Any recs for pillows for side/back sleepers + general recs for not flipping over and putting my arms up during the night?
After I do any type of excessive, even just separating my labia a few times or resting near the entrance, I feel like afterwards I feel sensation. Not pain, just like “oh that feels different,” almost like I just stretched or something and have an extreme awareness of the area? Not sure if I’m explaining it correctly. Anyone else experience that?
