I’ve got a page up and running at 15k followers. Collaborated with multiple brands in my niche. It’s a very specific niche page, but only on Instagram and now I’m looking towards making a brand identity of its name in the industry.

It’s hard to do everything myself. Till now, research, editing, posting, caption… everything is done by me. It’s getting almost impossible with my full time work already running. But it has huge potential and I want someone with experience here to join in and take it to atleast a 100k followers, organic reach. And most importantly, make systems.

I have a decent idea of things, but I don’t want to do this alone. So I’d prefer a single person with marketing experience over an agency who just take huge sums of money to make AI generated excel sheets.

I’ve been following this subReddit for some time. The best thing is that people do support each other in comments and posts, and there is an environment that feels positive and accepting.

The only issue is, prescription medications and unhealthy practices are being advised over random comments, without credibility… and often causing more harm than anything else they are trying.

I’m medical doctor, in the field of Cosmetology since last 5 years now. Consulted N number of patients for initial balding, (AGA) … and the most common problem has never been medicines, it’s been the schedule.

Three things I wanted to tell everyone that might help you in this journey-

  1. Always make a schedule for topical medicines and stick to it. It’s usually different for different AGA stage, age and environment.

  2. Don’t jump to prescription medicines directly before trying Nutritional supplements and hygiene products. (Shampoos, biotin supp. Etc)

  3. The type of shampoo will decide if your topical medicine will even reach your scalp and help. In case of dandruff, Keto shampoo helps. But overdoing it will make skin even more dry and be counter effective. Again, schedule is important.

I’m sure people will help each other out more. I’ve intentionally not mentioned any prescription drugs here. I believe people should not normalise them without professional help. If left mid-way… or not used properly, your balding might even increase than before.

I’ve joined in MD community medicine dept. As a resident, through NEET PG 2025. Initially everything looked promising. It’s a private college but things looked decent.

Now, we are facing a very serious challenge. The owner of the college is openly corrupt, which I didn’t know before joining and signing multiple bonds.

They are only going to pay half the stipend, regulated by the government. Even that hasn’t been credited in our accounts even after 2 months. They want us to pay them cash money every month under the table, to even start processing the stipend. Effective stipend after all this is so less that it’s almost equal to an MBBS interns stipend.

I have to be here for 3 years. I’ve got responsibilities. I’m not gonna get any financial support from family. It’s in such a rural area, nearest city is 20km-30km away.

No unity in residents. The worst and most coward of all human’s might be resident doctors. They happily accept this stipend theft by this college. Even after doing every single work, day and night with no breaks. I’m just so stressed looking at all this.

With no money, no support. What’s the point of all this? I’ll not be able to survive 3 years like this.

This is an Original painting I recently made. Wanted to create something in Monochrome that spoke for itself. Started off with a black canvas, because the idea was to make something that looked premium and interesting enough to talk about at the same time.

It had been hanging on my wall, and it has inevitably been a point of conversation as soon as people entered the hall.

I’ve named it - The god of fire | Prometheus.

It’s a - 46x36 inch (4 foot X 3 foot) canvas, oil paint.

(It’s on a good wooden frame, so if you’re in/around Delhi NCR, you can directly hang it on your wall… or else I’ll be happy to arrange shipping for you.)

I did spend around a month planning the painting, reading about the character and then finally painting the abstract elements of the art work … because at the end… it should look good when it hangs on your wall.

Just a short note to add, I’ve already sold my paintings before through Reddit. This one was sold as soon as I completed it a month back. But something got in the way last moment.
