Am I crazy for thinking drop off of 4 year old pre schooler is too late at 830 pm. Ex won’t budge, order doesn’t specify. Ex states if I don’t come at 830 pm he will take child to friend. I’m requesting 7pm or even 730, as child is dropped off un bathed, still in same clothes from preschool, teeth not brushed, and often saying that they are hungry. It’s not me personally being unable, it’s me seeing how it’s effecting child. Child is asleep in car seat when I come to pick up location. I feel this is very unfair to child. Support is also only set at $100 per month as he had child for 40% of the time. With me taking him on his time I now have the child almost 90% as he’s only utilizing every other weekend. Wondering If I just bite the bullet or ensue a formal route.
