Hi, I’m having an issue with sudden PC shutdowns while gaming.

Specs:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT
Motherboard: Gigabyte B550M Aorus Elite
RAM: 2×8GB DDR4 Aegis (16GB total)
PSU: MSI MAG 650BB

Problem:

My PC completely shuts off during games without any blue screen or error message.

With both RAM sticks installed (16GB): the PC shuts down very frequently, sometimes immediately after launching a game
With only one RAM stick installed (8GB): the PC works better but can still randomly crash/shut down after some time
Both RAM sticks are working correctly
All RAM slots have been tested
CPU idle temperature is around 34°C

I mainly suspect the MSI MAG 650BB PSU struggling with power spikes from the RX 6750 XT, but I’m open to any suggestions or tests.

Salut, j’ai un problème d’extinction brutale sur mon PC en jeu.

Config :

CPU : AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
GPU : AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT
Carte mère : Gigabyte B550M Aorus Elite
RAM : 2×8 Go DDR4 Aegis (16 Go total)
Alimentation : MSI MAG 650BB

Problème :

Le PC s’éteint complètement pendant les jeux, sans écran bleu ni message d’erreur.

Avec les 2 barrettes (16 Go) : extinction très fréquente / parfois immédiate au lancement d’un jeu
Avec une seule barrette (8 Go) : le PC fonctionne mais peut crash/s’éteindre après un certain temps
Les deux barrettes RAM fonctionnent correctement
Tous les slots RAM ont été testés
Température CPU au repos : ~34 °C

Je soupçonne surtout l’alimentation MSI MAG 650BB qui aurait du mal à gérer les pics de charge de la RX 6750 XT, mais je prends tous les avis/tests possibles.
