Hello! I currently am listed as being unable to work due to disability

I specified to my case worker that under certain circumstances I can’t work due to disability, that was all good

My question now is, when those circumstances don’t apply, am I still good to work without that affecting my disability status?

Of course my EBT amount will be lower during those times due to income, but I’m more concerned with after the fact when I can’t work again.

Thank you for the help

Whoever invented Mcgraw Hill will see the deepest parts of hell

A damn shame, I love accounting overall but holyyy shit. Halfway through a smartbook none of the questions make sense anymore, my brain just filters everything out and I learn worse and just click random things until it completes, it's like it was specifically manufactured to be the worst thing ever for my ADHD

I do well when it comes to assignments that are formatted in a "real situation" structure, but those are few and far between

Hello!

Ever since moving out I've been cooking but have been struggling when it comes to flavor and texture.

In this instance I've been cooking belt fish and have been struggling with it the most.

I cook it on a pan on an electric stovetop (which I am still having difficulties getting used to)

The recipes I do look at for it simply state to add salt/pepper/butter, oil if I want it crispy

But when I use oil it never gets crispy, when I use salt/pepper I don't taste much of it at all and have to add more after the fact.

I've consistently been having issues with this and I'm starting to wonder if it's both me being bad at cooking + being too scared to add too much salt/pepper and the pan I'm using, which feels much too big. Only the part that's directly on top of the small "burner" gets hot and the heat doesn't stick around if I attempt to heat other parts of the pan

Small question about the renting feature!

I don't use emotes in game at all, only for my profile picture, so in my brain it'd be cheaper to just rent for 3 days and set it as my profile picture

So my question is could I just rent the emote once and my pfp stays using that emote? or will the pfp reset once the emote goes away

I got a warning from a bus driver about the fast food I was bringing home a few stops away. (Not eating or drinking) I feel horrible about it because I did it often on the way back from school and didn’t realize it made them upset.

Hello! I want to work for about 3 months in between/the first month of my fall school semester so like Jul-Sept. Are there any specifically short term jobs? (There are none available for me at my school) I’m in the DTLA area but willing to transit an hour or so out so I’m not too bothered by location.

Maybe I’ll just look into retail and quit in 3 months if not😭

Especially when it comes to school. Like I'm in accounting class and I get why things are placed where they are, everything makes logical sense, there are rules, my brain loves that, I get the fundamentals, but then I completely falter when it comes to any memorization part of it. Like when I need to write accounting sheets by hand or put the right things on the right sheet. Hell I can have the memorization information given to me right then and there and be like "uhhh what did you say I forgot."

Or in econ I can read the graphs just fine but don't ask me to make one myself I don't remember.

It's so frustrating because I love more math focused things, I'm fantastic in more subjective topics/classes like lit, politics, etc, but I don't enjoy them nearly as much as math/econ based classes since I like working with more static variables, but I'm scared that my disabilities means I won't be able to pursue this as a career 😭
