I get this dry red patch since last winter. I treat it with salicylic acid daily and it seems to reduce the redness, but after a couple of weeks it comes back.

I moisturize and clean my face daily, any recommendations??
I remember visiting a tutors cabinet as a child and playing a game about learning English.
It was one of those screens where you would click on a minigame for it to start. I don't remember any details, but the game was for very young children, the graphics were very 90s, bright colours, etc.
