Can I exclude certain cities?
Is there a way to exclude certain cities from my listings on eBay? I’ve noticed that there are frequently delivery issues with DHL / Deutsche Post (Germany) in some cities, such as Hamburg and Frankfurt. I’d like to avoid this in the future, as it causes me a lot of extra expenses.
