I recently started my first job at 24 and i was thinking that it's better to have personal health insurance apart from the company's employee health insurance.

I can spend up to 2k per month if the health insurance is worth it. My parents are suggesting me to pay post office schemes where we deposit the money for few years and they give us the money at the end of the term with some interest which they also offer health insurance during that period, but i am not sure about these post office related schemes.

Can you suggest some health insurances that are best in my budget?

I have been looking to purchase Nord 5 but i couldn't find anywhere online. But i found some listings in olx which are like 1-2 months used. But I am not sure what tests shall I do before buying. And what should i check before paying the amount?
