Just set up the bench press and was wondering who was using it while i was crafting

Specs:

ASUS TUF GAMING A16 FA697NUG_FA607NUG

AMD Ryzen 7 7445Hs w Radeon 740M graphics (12 CPUs) ~3.2GHz

NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 4050

16GB RAM (13.8 usable)

Bought my ASUS TUF A16 last December 2025 and after a month of using it, I’ve encountered freezing and rebooting while only playing. Solutions I’ve tried so far:

-Uninstalled armory crate and replaced it with G helper
-switched to Ultimate mode and disabled cpu boost
-checking temps while playing (76-80C)
-uninstalled amd and nvidia drivers via DDU and clean reinstall
- updated BIOS
- ran windows system diagnostic and found no problems
- ran DISM/ restorehealth and sfc scannow
- disabled hardware accel on discord, firefox
- changed turn off hard disk after: NEVER
- changed max processor state from là 100% to 99%

I’ve checked in windows event viewer and it’s always Event ID 41 kernel power problem on multiple occasions and it has happened more than 10x already all of them while playing. Never BSOD only freeze and reboots.

I’m at my wit’s end and my last resort would be to try the nearest asus center here for hardware check since it’s still under warranty but haven’t had the time since I’ve had a busy work schedule the past months and Asus tech support sucks in my country.

Anyone with the same specs encounter the same problems? Any other suggestions are welcome. Thank you!
