If so, how did you move on and all?

My girlfriend compared me to her ex (regarding height) once four months ago, and I wasn't hurt then, but now that I read on Reddit that it could've been a red flag, I can't stop feeling hurt by it. She hasn't compared me to her ex since, and she's amazing otherwise.

My girlfriend and I were joking around about my height and she was like "you're not 6'0 you got to be 5'11" and pulled up a reference photo of her standing next to a guy who's 6'0 and said "see you're probably 5'11". However, although she blurred the guys face, I could tell it was her ex, but she didn't say it was her ex. I'm not sure if it happened to be that she chose the ex as a reference photo, or it was something deeper. I have a feeling I was being compared to her ex, but I don't know if it's that deep? I really want to forgive her for it but I just can't for some reason. She's been amazing otherwise and I feel so bad for fixating on this.

I didn't feel hurt then, and I'm only now worrying about it because from what I've read on here it's a red flag is she does that, and I can't stop overthinking if it was a red flag and the relationship is over. She's been amazing otherwise and doesn't really bring up her ex.

Right now, I feel very loved, but I always come to think if it was a red flag and I don't know how to move on.
