So currently i am a btec computer science studented my grades are pretty good and im projected to get three D* or 2 D* and a D but i was wondering how difficult A-level maths is. I got a 5 in gcse maths however i didnt try in it at all infact i didnt try in much of my gcses but I'm willing to put the effort in now.

So my question is currently im in year 12 should I do it next year so i can apply to uni at 18 or should i do it in a gap year to have more time to revise and secure the grade. If I do it in year 13 i will do it alongside my btec but i also want to do both AS and A2 in one year.

Im not sure if its worth doing it or not but i truely belive it is especially considering the uni i want to attend requieres it. And also i dont know how hard the subject is compared to gcse i belive if i tried in gcse maths i could have got an 8 and if i choose to sit A-level in the gap year i can go over gcse content next year and possibly retake if i want to.

Regardless i am going to look further into this during the summer holidays but i just wanted opinions of those who have done it or are doing it.

Its been years i been getting shitty haircuts yk as someone whos moms got them most their cuts. My only good features are that i have a small forhead and a decent hairline

The downsides are becuase im not fully past puberty yet so my face is quite chubby i have slightly above avrage nose and not much beard hair.

I was originally going to get a box cut with a fade at buzcut level. However i just dont know i want something smooth and sharp. Nothing to tall or big but also something that dont make me look like a finance bro.

Hi im a btec student that really wants to attend bristol so far that im considering takeing a gap year to do A level maths the course i want to do is Electrical and electronig engi but i was wondering if they offer any level 5 or degree level apprenticeships i dont mind taking a gap year as long as i can get on the degree one. Or what i mean is i dont mind doing a level 4 first then moving to a degree. And also if they do apprenticeships where can i find them.

Im considering doing EE at bristol but i live quite far away and i was wondering what people who attend thing of the enviournamemt, the social life, and just the overall vibe?

Iv kind of already decided i want to go to bristol for EE but i live in west london so if i dont live on campus i will need to take a 2 to 3 hr train there and back.

Is there any other way to travel there I dont want to take out the extra loans to live on campus and i dont have a job that i can rely on to move closee to it.

Dont get me wrong i still want to attend iv visited the campus and the surrounding area and i love it

So a little context about me

Im 17 and have a visual disability that prevents me from seeing things unless im very close to them. I am currently doing a btec in computer science and as much as I enjoy it, i know its not for me so i have been searching

Im looking at doing an EEE degree potentially which for those who dont know is an electrical and electronic engineering degree. Now i have spoken to several people in person and online. The general consensus online is not to do it becuase i didnt rlly do well in my gcses i got a 5 in maths and 6/5 in combined science which is equal to B's now im going to be frank those grades are not my cap i started revising 3 days before my end of year exams and i didnt rlly take my education serious back then.

But currently i am on track to get three D*'s on my btec which is the highest possible grade and I plan to take a gap year and sit A-level maths privatly to aim for a grade A so I can attend the uni of my dreams Bristol

A lot of people have told me either based on your past in acedemics u shouldnt the degree will be to dificult but I dont belive that.

And in my family my siblings have told me EE would not be suitable for me since i have a visual impairment. Im my opinion i dont belive my disability restricts me from anything i mean in terms of actually doing stuff ofc ik i cant see well.

But yeah any thoughts or advice to share I dont rlly have a passion for any kind of career but I like the concept of EE and i am planning to do some more research over the summer about it.

For some context I have a visual disability and will never be able to drive myself. But i want to know about cars i want to be able to recognise a car by its exust or the body instead of looking at the badge bc i cant see it. But back to the actual point.

I want to learn about cars specifically jdm/tuners cars just stuff u can mod the hell out of and make look super cool. I want to learn whats in them what mods they can have. What builds them yk just want to be knowledgeable.

Is there any yt channels that do short good quality learning vids teaching ablut inernals and other stuff?

But yeah thats basically it btw if your wondering why well years ago when i was in school i met a man who build his aston martin by scratch i want to have a car side project that i work on too it seems like a fun hobby plus i just want to know ball man im uneducated and uncultred

So basically i joined the pvp club discord server today had 100k members and to verify my discord to speak they asked for my mincraft name and email so i was like ok gave ts to them and then they asked for a code ( i dont have 2fa on this account) so i was like oh its to verify i own the email so my dumass put the code in and since then i didnt get verified in the server and before doing all of this i changed my mincraft display name so i logged out of my acc to let the name change and when i tried to log back in i got the "this microsoft account doest exsist please user another one" so im there like oh shit i just gave away my mc acc.

But what i find rlly weird is that error msg considering i still have full access to the email the password wasnt changed or nothing why am i getting that error.

So for anyone reading did i just give away my mc account like a moron?

Im from the uk as a kid i was told cv is the english one and resume is the american one but as a grew older someone told me your cv is your general form and a resume is tailored for the job your applying too is this true?

So basically recently i changed my account display name on java and becuase i play on lunar client i logged out to log back in so the change would happen however now when i put the email i use it tells me "that microsoft account doesnt exist enter another one" but thats just wrong i have the email iv recived verification codes to login to mincraft before ik its the right email im not misspelling it or anything and i legit used it to log into the account to change the name a few hrs ago

Any help on what to do?
