[Miscellaneous] Retinal & Azelaic Frequency

My skin tolerates Retinol well (used Cerave Resurfacing & P Calm's Retinolagen before) but stopped after a while. I recently started on 20% azelaic acid and my skin tolerates it fine. I started off wearing it every night, didn't see any big difference.

Now, I'm interested in trying Retinal as tret seems to have too many rules and I don't trust I can keep up with them. I went with geek & gorgeous 0.2%. I cleansed my face, apply a thin layer of Iliyoon ceramide ato lotion and wait about 10-15 minutes before applying the retinal. Then finishing off with pyunkyang yul nutrition cream.

The next day my skin was glowing. I hardly ever had a holy grail but my skin seemed to love this retinal. This was last Monday. I want to start slow so I'm planning to start 2x a week first (Monday & Friday).

I'm wondering, what is the end goal frequency? I don't think I should wear azelaic acid in the am so is it ok to alternate azelaic & retinal every night eventually or is that too much? Do I need a break in the week?

My case is mild-moderate (estimate of 14 Invisalign trays):

Option 1: Invisalign

Promotion price: 8.5-9k

--------------

Option 2: Angel

Price: 7.5-8.5k

I initially thought that it's a bargain for Invisalign, but since my case is mild I feel like I'd just be wasting the extra money on the brand. I'm not sure if they are paid bots, but it seems that Angel aligners are more preferred here on reddit. Less staining, modern tech, almost invisible. Meanwhile, Invisalign easily stains, has older tech and pushes heavily on marketing. The dentist obviously prefers Invisalign because they got the promo price due to her high number of clients.

Other information:

Refinement fee for invisalign is included but still need to pay the processing/shipping fee (may cost 100+). I haven't asked if it's the same with Angel.

The visits are spaced 2-3 weeks apart, with the installment costing 500/visit.

Not inclusive of subsequent scaling.

All things considered, which is your preferred choice? I also prioritize comfort, the least possibility of problems (like the aligners impacting the gums etc), functionality (does it job and meets at least 90% of the expected result from the treatment plan) and aesthetics (not too obvious).
