I just got to know I got selected in seimens with experience of roughly 5 years based in India.

I am selected for software development and somewhat architectural role with oracle application

I still don't have the offer letter and no idea on the band but any idea on what is the approximate expected salary expectation for this role?

I already have one offer at the hand of 12 lpa.

Please let me know if you have any idea on this or kindly like the post till it reaches someone who can help on this

I got an offer letter from and background verification at the same time. I submitted those but there was no HR round.

Also it has been 4 days, the recruiter is not responding to mails.

Do I need to accept the offer within 7 days even if my recruiter doesn't respond? Any idea on if HR would contact. Is it normal to get offer letter without HR round?

Really confused as I needed to discuss with the HR
