Is there an app for employees like daily pay that'll let you access funds sooner?

I'm 26 this year, I haven't been to a Dentist in years. My teeth have been declining rapidly. I'm pretty confident I have gingivistis and it freaks me out. Along with broken teeth/cavities that don't really hurt, I'm nervous and embarrassed and ashamed. I'm planning on making a dentist appointment soon, I guess I'm just nervous it's going to be worse than I think it is. I know I have bad breath sometimes, I've been trying to get a handle on daily brushing but ye. It's hard when you wasn't raised to do it.
