best taekwondo class for adults?

So I've been doing kickboxing/boxing in kochi for the past 4 years, the vibes in the gym are great. There are lots of kids but also lots of people in their early 20s, 30s, etc. It's not that serious also like they joke around a lot but still teach the actual work in a great way, they've produced a lot of medals.

So I'm looking for a similar vibe place in calicut. from what I've seen if the place has a similar casual vibe it doesn't seem that serious in regards to classes or if the classes are authentic then theyre full of school aged kids.

Please help 🙏 I'm trying to learn something new aside from kickboxing/boxing but if you know of really great gyms that offer it then please recommend them

Need guidance on how to care for wavy hair after bleach damage

So the last two photos was what my hair looked like on a good day, nice from afar but still lacked definition and definitely had frizz if i didn't constantly put oil/serum in it(as in, any time I put my hair down id have to put serum in every 5 minutes) or braid it.

recently i got my hair dyed and my hair feels different, sticky and kind of stiff and the strands clump together more easily. i trimmed a lot of knotted ends yesterday and it feels much better but i feel like the colour only highlights how limp my hair looks.

im indian and olaplex/k18 is really expensive for me and I feel like one more trim of the bleached parts especially would solve 70% of the problem. but now i realize solving my frizz issue is non negotiable. idk what to do, i use garniers banana hair food and the shampoo in my hair almost every time I wash it, i use a serum and then an oil in my hair while it's wet and i dry with a very soft cloth by just squeezing. but it's still very poofy if i leave it out for more than 2 minutes. i tried garniers no haircut cream and that definitely helped but also it seemed way too heavy for my hair 😭

i can't tell what the issue is. humidity or because I'm lacking a product? my hair feels like a sponge like it's so frizzy and dry no matter what i do. pls help 🥲

i love some freakiness don't get me wrong but the scenes with the girl grinding on her unconscious dad's dick, her masturbating while moaning the same thing her dad made her scream like that's tew dam much man.

plus all the upskirts. the upskirt teaching montage i found very funny and i know it's still regarded as bad within the movie but Yoko being kidnapped and still kind of showing her panties it's very obvious it's for the audience and it was unnecessary.

i loved the movie other than this, it was very funny, unique, and it was shot beautifully. i especially enjoyed the scenes of the cross in the desert and Yoko as maria.

so yeah any movies that's funny, wild, but not too depraved pls recommend 🦍

▲ 1 r/Kochi

I am looking to do a dye job like this and definitely my first priority is to get it done properly. i won't skimp on the payment. but I'd like it to be at a reasonable price also, i.e not being expensive for the sake of being expensive.

for example i had to pay i think almost 1k for a hair spa at uptown in kochi and they didn't straighten my hair at the end, told me straightening would be 800rs extra. when i told them that in Kozhikode they did it for me without me even having to ask they said the pricing structures are different. this is not intended as a bad review btw, i love the branch in Kozhikode. but I don't want to go to places that will charge more just because it's kochi or because they know they can 🙃

one thing I would appreciate is if i was able to discuss my hairstyle at length with a stylist at the very beginning, my experience til now except at 1 salon was just me pointing at different pictures to stylists who I couldn't even communicate with otherwise

any genuine places? any suggestions or experiences welcome
