I was just let go off my job and I was underperforming because of my disability (agoraphobia, anxiety, panic attacks, ptsd) however they wanted to brush it off in a positive light.

Should I put in a claim right away? I have gone through two jobs now that this has affected me.

Simply put- questions that I have

These were 1099 but should be considered W2 positions. My payment was through wire transfers but the contract I signed shows that I was getting paid bi-monthly. Does this generally work?

Even though I have had this condition for a bit now, I was able to hold the job for 3 months but not perform, thus to my termination. Now I feel crippled in looking for a job due to my conditions. I need the insurance until I can rectify my conditions, I do have a psychiatrist I speak with.

I'm not really sure where to start, can someone give me a brief rundown on where to go from here? I apply on EDD, but how should I date this?

I'm getting a bit overwhelmed, I do know that the condition has had to been reported within 49 days?

Is there someone that can give me a quick rundown on how this can help me?

Also, on the 1099 considered W2, I did not put any money into any other funds like SDI? Is this part of what a W2 job would normally deduct?

Just bought a new headset

I sent a few voice messages through messanger and there is just straight static in the background. I am using a headset that is meant to block out background noise. I do have some fans in my office, but this sounds like straight static kind of tv noise.

Has anyone had this issue from using an iphone without being connected to a headset or does the headset not connect well

Obviously you are the first hand at their breath and mouth. Do you deal with patients that have been drinking the night before or patients that also have extreme anxiety
