Hello po i have a bdo credit card and currently mag 2months due sya sa May 6 mag cut off na for the 3rd month sa May 11. question ko po is when po ba sila nagpapadala ng demand letter sa bahay? and when po ito naipapasa sa collection agency? i have been a good payer for how many years na nagkakaron lng po ng financial problem sa ngayon 😔

will they offer amnesty/discounts po kaya? ayoko naman talikuran and gusto ko bayaran sana kahit pakonti konti. will they allow installment po kaya? thank you po
