Hey! I’ve recently started taking better care of myself and trying to stay active, get consistent, and build healthier routines. Some days the motivation is 💯… and some days it completely disappears 😅 so I’m hoping to find a buddy to keep each other accountable and make the process more fun.
What I’m looking for:
• Morning walks / light running (can do check ins or stay connected)
• Badminton sessions (beginner–intermediate level, just for fun & fitness)
• Workout and diet check-in
• Occasional “bhai uth ja, aaj skip nahi karna” motivation 😄
