I had recently posted that I needed a badminton partner for a day to help me prepare for a game.Many of y'all had rightly pointed out that I need to play on a daily basis to build up my game skills(I'm on the amateur category now).Since l'm actually interested to do that, l'm posting here again in search of a badminton partner in the intermediate category to play on a daily/ regular basis religiously if it's not too much to ask.

I’m looking to form a consistent badminton group for folks living around JP Nagar, BTM Layout, and Bannerghatta Road.
The goal is simple: stay active, get a good cardio workout, and have some fun games without the pressure of a professional tournament.
The Details:
• Skill Level: Amateur to Intermediate. (If you can hold a rally and know the basic rules, you’re perfect.)
• Focus: Fitness and fun. We’re here to sweat, not to scout for the Olympics!
• When: Looking at 1-2 sessions a week (flexible on weekday evenings or weekend slots).
• Where: Any decent court in the JP Nagar/Bannerghatta Road area. I’m happy to coordinate bookings via Playo.

loves smashes like when the cock comes from other side during game play and he hits smash he likes that. Idk what type play it is called.
Plays really well. He rates himself as intermediate but every single one who plays with him rates him as professional on playo.

I am an intermediate player and looking for same n above. Usually in marathahalli, people ar marking themselves as advanced level and not even able to do proper serve. Fed up with these. Please dm or comment who are around marathahalli

• Everyone’s excited initially
• Hundreds join the WhatsApp group
• Half the people never actually play
• Games get cancelled last minute
• Same few people end up carrying the group
• Eventually people form private circles and the group dies

At this point, finding consistent people to play with feels harder than actually playing badminton.

A few of us recently started building a smaller active community around consistency, reliable players, and recurring games/runs instead of random dead groups.

Curious if others here have faced the same issue.

I'm Intermediate to Advance player, Started to play again after a year of break!

Need a 4U Head Heavy + Control racket, too head-heavy rackets are hard for me to show quick reflex but I do got strong attacking game!
Current shortlist- Astrox 88D GAME, Lining Helbertec Motor, Turbo Charging Z boost, Axeforce Cannon.

Offensive + Control Gameplay planning to switch to Doubles rear dominating game from singles! So need enough heavy to boost my attack power along with quick and easy control.
Would love to know about these and open to new suggestions.

I’ve noticed most run clubs tend to fall into one of two extremes:

• Too casual/inconsistent to build a habit
• Too intense/intimidating for most people to stick with

Trying to build something a bit different around this in HSR/Koramangala—starting with structured morning runs and eventually expanding into broader sports/fitness activities.

Curious: what do you think most run clubs are missing today?
