Figured I'd share how my first car was written off back in 24' - the context he gave was blaspheme

Turn up volume and you'll hear both how fast he was going, and the impact that sounded like a gunshot.

I find this whole accident quite comedic, so felt I should share with the community the way my first car was written off - I was in the fiesta.

No, this footage is not reversed, or sped up. The individual driving the Jeep was actually reversing that fast. It was a rental too, just as a cherry on top. If that wasn't amusing enough, he proceeded to tell me he was reversing because there was a bin lorry in front of him, and he got impatient. Oh also, his girlfriend was in the car.. doghouse for you friend.

A fire engine and police car showed up shortly after, and the police proceeded to breathalyse me, which already made me laugh since I don't drink. Did they breathalyse Mr Jeep man though? Nope. Why? He did a runner as soon as he saw them breathalysing me! He then proceeded, with such cheek, to return to the scene once officers had left and I was moving what was left of my car out the road, got in his Jeep, and drove off!

Side note, the road he was reversing down is a give way onto the road you see me appear from, which just so happens to be my road.

I must be at fault for this accident, since I clearly am not vigilant enough to see a driver reversing down a blind exit at 30mph.

Returning lefty looking for where to get a full set/near enough, on a budget

Hi all. Finally decided to come back to this game after giving it up just before lockdown, but I am in DESPERATE need of a full bag change. I was 15 when covid hit, now I'm about to turn 22, so it's safe to say my clubs do not fit me anymore. Not to mention, they are ladies clubs, as that's all that was local enough for me as a lefty. No disrespect to the female players out there, I just cannot generate the power I'd like.

Basically, I'm after a full bag replacement. Only clubs I have right now are driver, 3wood, 5wood, 7wood, irons 4-SW, putter. Never owned a hybrid or similar, or any of the specific degree wedges (60, LW, GW, etc.) just PW and SW. I live in the UK, and am on a budget of anywhere between £300-500, so second-hand is likely the move.

Any recommendations of where to look, what to get etc.? If it's highly unlikely I can get an entire set for that price, I'm happy to mix and match to build a set of my own.

The WORST product I've ever tried to use for my workflow. All I'm trying to do is create an automated workflow combining acrobat sign with power automate, but nooo, adobe needs more money doesn't it 😐.

Got told I would only need an Acrobat Sign solutions for small businesses license to allow for full API integration, that way I can set up an automated email with a document to sign for new employees - seems easy right? boy was I WRONG. Turns out, if you want FULL API, they forgot to mention the part that a small business license does allow integration with power automate, but completely at their discretion, not yours. Designed a library template for the flow to send out, only to see adobe has ignored the custom fields I put in the form, and just decided to put a sh*tty little signature box at the bottom of my form and call it a day. Why you ask? Because they failed to state that you can use Power Automate, but if you actually want it to do anything you're asking it to, you need a Sign solutions for ENTERPRISE - aka the we-get-more-money license, oh but by the way if you want this, you have to send out at least 1000 documents a year. like what??

The cherry on top was I spoke to the support team who told me all this in the first place, and asked the simple question "is there an alternative".

All I got was "No.", and the chat ended there.

Basically, Adobe, you are the most money hungry, selfish, and least helpful company ever. I hope both sides of your pillow are warm, and your charger only works at a certain angle.

That is all.

Likely a dumb question, but it's mostly so I can back myself when someone questions it. I have the 2015 Leon FR technology (2.0tdi 184ps), and have noticed that mostly during shorter trips, even once the car is switched off and locked, the fans in the engine continue to run quite loud for maybe 5-10mins before shutting off by themselves. The engine doesn't run all that hot, stays around 90 degrees regardless of the journey, so no concern there.

I've pretty much self-determined that the car is doing a DPF regen itself so as to clear out any carbon, especially on shorter journeys, plus just generally cooling the engine down too. But friends and family have questioned it and said it isn't "normal", so I'm just checking to see if someone can confirm my assumption is right? Or if there's something else I should be aware of? I bought it from an MOT and Servicing garage with full service and MOT on it with 0 advisories, so no known issues or anything. Only other thing I can think of is perhaps the water pump? They're a common required fix on these models.

Thanks for any advice

DISCLAIMER: I've never owned a diesel before this, so if this is just the DPF doing it's thing, cut me some slack lol

I'm tired, simply just tired. I'm doing everything in my power to try and improve to get to where I wanna be car control wise, but I just can't get to grips with it. Played the game since 2015, and I don't understand why I can't seem to stay consistent with any of it. Yes I'm aware I'm GC and there's people out there aspiring to get to the rank I am, but I genuinely do not feel good enough for this rank.

Hours spent in training. Hours spent watching tutorials. Hours spent understanding the thesis behind every single mechanic in the game. Yet I just cannot seem to apply it to my game.

I'd be up for going through some form of coaching, since I really don't want to stop playing this game because I do love it a lot, but I just don't know what else to do anymore.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I've been at my apprenticeship for almost 9 months now, and there's one thing I've found I struggle the most with in my role. ADHD has solidified my lack of being able to multitask, which is a major kick to the balls in my work, because that's what is needed of me quite a lot.

My role varies massively, I do a lot of the backend stuff i.e. systems and automated workflows, but I also deal with the people-facing jobs almost like a helpdesk technician. Because of this, I've constantly got completely different things that need tending to on a daily basis, and I'm finding it unbelievably hard to manage the wide variety of jobs. Had a progress review today and mentioned to my line manager that I know my major weak point is if I'm working on something and someone in the business comes to me with an IT problem, I'm too easy with dropping what I was doing and tending to them. While this is technically the "right" approach, because they view it as it should always be customer first, I then struggle to stay on track with what I was doing. This then leads to consistent feedback regarding my lack of seeing tasks through all the way, even down to simple 5 minute jobs.

I guess what I want to know is what the best way to manage this is? My line manager suggested that in scenarios where I'm working on something and get a message asking for help, I should ask if it's physically stopping the person from being able to do their job before I decide to step away and help them, otherwise I should tell them I'll get back to them. While that's perfectly viable, I'm the people-pleasing ADHD type, so view that as me being rude to staff. My number one priority is maintaining good relationships with everyone in the business and making sure they like me, so I suppose I'm just concerned that wouldn't come across right. Is there any other workarounds to this?
