was given this plant today by a neighbor, she said she’s sick of her losing her leaves every spring and stays bald the whole year 😅 how can I save her? should I trim? TIA

✨Routine order, morning and night (from left to right) :
Weleda sensitive cleansing milk
Byoma jelly cleanser
Beauty of Josseon ginseng toner (alternate every 2 days, with cotton pad)
Byoma baancing face mist (2 to 3 times a day or whenever my skin is dry)
Byoma brightening serum
Ordinary salicylic acid (spot treatment only)
Avene cicalfate
Beauty of Josseon sunscreen
some days I add Byoma sensitive retinol oil at night

✨Skin concerns:
32F with dry, sensitive, acne prone skin
I have acne scars and hyperpigmentation

⭐️how can I improve my routine? any products I should switch for cheaper/better results?⭐️

I would love to start adding retinol to my routine, soon I will finish my Byoma retinol oil and im not sure id get a second bottle..

my spider plant has been growing quite weird, she’s bald on one side and getting very leggy but not bushy. should I chop her bald? but i love her so much im scared she wont be happy😭😭 suggestions would be appreciated!
