I randomly stopped getting partial push notifications on my Ring app. I get some but not all. I’ve tried toggling on / off, uninstalling, & restarting my phone to no resolution. App and phone up to date. Any suggestions on how to resolve? iPhone XR iOS 18

For some reason, I am not getting my neighbor feed push notifications. My app and phone are up to date, it’s close to WiFi. I tried troubleshooting with support (readjusting my location) I can see the updates in the app but not the notifications. Any idea why this happens and how to fix it?

When I first logged in today I saw a time error message. Now I don’t see any of my organization’s apps or can log into my Microsoft. The date also shows 1/1/2035 1am. (It’s 11am where I am) I can’t change the time/date because it’s greyed out (by my organization?) what steps can I take truly? F10 didn’t do anything, I restarted it, and it is up to date.
