Anyone else notice that the most recent update caused outdoor cam plus to not be available in the iOS live view widget.
I thought it was something with my phone but then my other started to have the same issue then I noticed the app was updated

I can log in to Ring.com and view the devices but there is literally no way to stop the transfer requests. The links in the emails only point to the default ring.com. The advice online of going to Settings>Location Details tells me there should be an option for "Transfer Device." There is not. I've googled, used the AI chat bot when logged in and I keep getting the same instruction. What is going on?
Looking to get one installed but I know different models have different requirements. I’d like the best one for what my house can do without swapping out the transformer.
How can I get or use recessed door sensors with my ring alarm system? Who has figured this out?
I have a camera on a post outdoors, looking at the sliding glass door of the house (half the image). This door faces the equator, getting a lot of sun.
I have been having intermittent motion sensor failures, and Ring support said reflections on the door could be to blame. It didn't catch anything today until 3:30PM today. It wasn't a simple Wi-FI outage, as I was testing it, and finding it couldn't catch me (no blue light, or recording), while still working for Live View, and showing all green stuff under Device Health. A full reset with the orange button under the camera didn't even fix it. I called Ring around sunset, they had me do the stuff I was trying all day, and it started working fine then.
Does this sound like a faulty motion sensor to you, or something to do with the environment?
In every other conceivable way the camera is working.
Any random thoughts/experiences please.
I've been using the Ring intercom with echo show 8 for a long time without any problems. About a month ago, I purchased Echo Show 5 to get notifications of the doorbell on both floors of the house. I'm having problems because notifications only arrive on echo show 5. I have already disabled and reactivated the skill, dissociated and restored the devices, tried to use routines but I can't solve.
How do I get notifications on both echo shows?
How in the world do I go back to the old layout? I should not have to scroll to a second page to see all of my cameras. It’s ridiculous. Please fix this!!
