(mid-30s)

An old filling (10+ years) has fallen out this morning and I probably won't get an appointment for a few days. Anything I should do in the meantime? No pain or irritation so far but I'm anxious about eating for the next few days.

Like the title suggests, I feel like I need to work on myself. I find I'm getting to a point of being completely ignorant on Irish current affairs, politics, news etc, while being blasted nonstop by American news, drama, and brain rot.

I've already tried shifting more time into reading, going out and meeting mates without drink being involved, and distancing myself from instant dopamine. I primarily follow hobby related subreddits, so my feed isn't filled with too much gloom, and the only other app I'd use is LinkedIn for work.

I'm in my mid-thirties working a senior role in a corporate job, and I genuinely feel I've become hyper aware of how thick I am or thick about the goings-on of Ireland.

Any suggestions are welcome

Lads, I've got 2 old builds laying around at the moment and I'm looking to see if there is any usefulness left in them, or is it time for the dump.

I'd happily donate the oldest pc, it owes me nothing at this stage, but I worry that it is beyond useful at this point.
