I know you can report a buyer’s message as suspicious, but can you report a buyer themselves?
I have had several orders the past several days which all immediately ask for address changes through official Etsy requests. I was suspicious of this activity because all of the requests were clustered… but the orders were real and so were the official requests to change address via a customer support message.
I just had another order with an immediate request to change address.
Is there a way for me to flag these for Etsy? I see a way to flag customer messuages but this adds them to spam or something.. it doesn’t deal with the fact that i have an open order with the customer.
Any help/guidance on what to do?
I’m pretty sure I will get paid either way, but I want to make sure the community is healthy.
