Hi everyone, I'm posting this on behalf of a friend who doesn't have enough karma yet. She's turning 21 soon and planning her birthday celebration in Delhi.

She's going to a club first (wearing a hot corset/skirt vibe) and then heading to her boyfriend's flat for a nightstay. Since this is her first time doing something like this, she's feeling a mix of excited and super nervous.

She specifically needs advice on,

1. Handling It Part- She's never done a nightstay/intimate setting before. How do you deal with the first time nerves? Any tips on how to just relax and enjoy the vibe without overthinking?

2. Innerwear/Lingerie- She wants to wear something sexy but is worried about being judged, What kind of styles (fabrics/brands) are beginner friendly but still look great?

3. Surprise Factor- She wants to change into something special after the club to surprise him. Any suggestions for cute but hot loungewear or satin sets that are available in India budget friendly ?

She's also considering a Babydoll style outfit for the surprise. Is that a good first time choice, or should she stick to something like a satin robe/set?

4. Strict Parents - Since her parents are strict, any tips on managing the outfit change or carrying stuff discreetly?

I’m in my 20s and I’ve noticed this really weird trend lately if you don’t post every detail of your life on social media, people genuinely act like something is wrong with you.

I’m someone who barely posts anything. I don't share my pictures, what I’m eating, or life updates every other weekend. I’m just happy living my life offline and I value my privacy. Simple.

But the peer pressure is real. I constantly get told stuff like

Arre, you look so good today, story kyun nahi daali?

Show off a bit logo ko lagega tu boring hai

Are you okay? You haven't posted in months, kya scene hai? Aur bhi chizen

It’s like irl validation ki koi value hi nahi bachi hai compared to online presence. I’ve seen people and even guys being pressured by their gf going to expensive cafes or trips just for the hype and the perfect picture. Honestly, it looks exhausting.

I feel like having a life outside of social media and being comfortable without digital applause what I’d call Intellectual Independence is such a huge green flag. But society treats it like a red flag or makes it look suspicious.

I’m not judging anyone who loves sharing, but why does it offend people when someone chooses to be private?

Do you guys also get questioned for being low ? How do you deal with this constant pressure to be visible? Or am I just being too old school?
