AITA: For buying someone a Playoff ticket in exchange for a ride there but their tix isn't next to where im sitting.

So I asked an associate if they can give me a ride to the Playoff game in Cleveland. Its about a 3hr drive.

I offered a ticket to the game in addition to chipping in on gas.

They agreed.

They wanted to see the game in person and never been to Rocket Arena let alone a playoff game.

So when plans were made...ticket was sent they immediately get upset.

They are upset that the ticket is in the upper bowl and not next to me behind the players bench.

I never said we will be sitting together...

I just offered a ticket to the game for the ride there and back.

They knew that I was going to try to get as close to the players bench as possible. But I never said the other ticket was at the bench.

So now I'm the bad guy and being accused of using them for a ride because my ticket is by the players bench and their ticket is in the upper bowl.

So I had my S26 for about 2 weeks.

I've noticed that the past two days I've had issues.

  1. someone calls me and its goes directly to voicemail

No routines are on. I had to restart my phone to have calls come through.

2)the very next day, someone calls I accept the call and it immediately drops the call. However the other person is still connected

  1. I will call someone and when the call connects, it drops the call.

Each day I had to do restarts. All three incidents happened within 12hrs of each other.

I periodically do the device care app to have everything in green and "great"

But a 2 week old phone doing this seems weird.

So I am paying for att protect on 4 lines.
OVer 2 years.
The other day I had a car break in and my mom's (1st Gen) galaxy flip was stolen
So I filed a claim and after a day, my claim was approved.

Asurion wants me to pay $300 for a replacement 1st Gen Galaxy Flip!!!

I can go online and get a certified refurbished one for half that.
Best Buy has certified refurbs at half the price for a Flip 4.

I think its time I drop the insurance and find something else.

Paying $300 for a refurbished 4 year old phone when there are later generations with more and better features are less than that at stores
