past few days, I've been feeling really low.

i'm a pretty badass confident person(or atleast i fake it till i make it), but I've been feeling really unsatisfied with how i look and how i am in general. ik that there's nothing wrong with me or my body, my bmi is normal, i have functioning organs and a working brain but i js can't help but compare myself to others. in some pics without filter i feel like i look too good and i end up deleting it because i feel like im catfishing people. idk. ik i look ok but still. im not a person that usually obsess over makeup and looks and perfecting insta stories but these days i feel like i am doing that and i want to stop it.

also feeling very down because of how things are at home. deadbeat parents are the worst. i feel like i might not escape this hell, i feel like i am trapped. there's nothing worse than the feeling of knowing you have so much potential but not being able to achieve it because of circumstances. because of no support. like, knowing you could've been so much more and become a thriving productive happy and healthy person if you were born into a normal family with normal parents.

there's a lot of issues in my life, there's lot of people misunderstanding me, hating me, not believing my side of the story, and even telling me that they wish i died straight to my face. i feel like a huge burden.

i love my bf, he's a pretty good person but he doesn't get any of this. he knows i have episodes, i feel down, i get really bad PMS, but he doesn't check on me or even simply ask me if I'm ok or if i wanna talk. I don't rlly tell him if I'm feeling down, i don't communicate too that's my fault, but generally he never asks me these stuff or make sure I'm ok on days where I'm distant and rotting in bed.

i haven't done self harm in a very long time but js couldn't help it and i hurt myself on my wrist using a rubber band. no damage and i stopped before it got too bad.

i'm going to sleep and wake up tomorrow on a fresh day, and not think about any of this.
