Does anyone know anything about this judge for CLINIC case? Can we contact her to let her know the irreversible, permanent damage the pause is inflicting on Americans who have their spouses and children forced away from them? I myself can pose in simple terms how damaging this pause is to Americans and even to national security. Can someone share her email or contact?

Hi,
I am trying to apply for EE Online but it's asking for a required backup major.
I already have a BS in Computer Science from a US University and my gpa is 3.2.
I only want to apply for EE Online and not for anything else, so why is it asking me to choose a backup major?
Sorry if it's a stupid question. But wondering if EEs have enough skillset to also serve as electrician. With wars and economy flailing, I'm wondering if EE have skill sets that are durable beyond a happy, normal economy.
I'm a canary informing you all US is careening towards a financial collapse. I've seen it coming for last 10 years knowing debt is how the yahudis killed many of the past empires. It's become a reality with debt more than gdp and the scale of it is so large it's hard to rationalize how much mismanaged the US government is. These oil wars are all driven partially by the debt as US is trying to ensure all energy is traded in dollars. It's more complex than that but this is my surface understanding. What is common sense is 40 trillion debt can never be paid and it's a cancer that will only grow until it kills the host.
My question to Pakistanis is in the event of dedollarization, dollar devaluation and collapse of US stock market, how will it impact Pakistan? Will it cause looting and chaos like will happen in US? How exposed is Pakistan to US collapse?
Seriously, it's a bad market for seniors like me and I can't even imagine how bad it is for new graduates.
Yet, my sister team at Microsoft, a few months ago, hired FOUR h1bs masters students--3 Indians and 1 Chinese. They either had 1 or 2 years of experience in India or were straight foreign Bachelors to US Masters transfers.
How is Microsoft able to justify hiring h1bs for new grad positions for standard CRUD work on a SaaS when the job market for Americans is so bad?
Either the job market is not so bad or the Indian management in our product is discriminating--the latter is most likely since 90% of our org is from a particular country.
I myself am a brown American, but I see Americans are not so different from people from third world countries who I used to criticize as weak and responsible for their dreadful conditions because they won't fight back against the sh1t sandwiches the "elites" forced on them.
Americans have shown you can't blame the third worlders when people here won't do anything either.
If someone has a bachelor's in Computer Science, 10 years of experience at Amazon, Salesforce and Microsoft as a backend and data engineer--microservices, distributed systems, big data including Spark, data warehousing, observability, k8 management, etc.--basically working on popular SaaS at these companies who then decides to take a career break and
get a bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from ASU online
get a masters in Robotics from Purdue online at the same time as 1)
Build a few ROS2 projects on the side during this
Get really good at C++
If above person is a US citizen, would this person be competitive for Robotics or autonomous systems or drone engineering roles?
Thank you.

Hi folks,
I am a Pakistani American and due to the unfair Trump pause against Pakistanis, my wife of three years is unable to come to US.
I am a senior software engineer at Microsoft and despite having a good job, my parents and I decided for me to leave my job so I can go live with my wife in Pakistan because we are wasting our youth away from each other due to this unfair, discriminatory US government policy.
I am very passionate about Electrical Engineering and this is a good opportunity for me to purse a second bachelors in Electrical Engineering and ASU's online program is perfect for this.
My question is would it be logistical to take ASU's online EE program from a different time zone and country? I would be in Pakistan most of the time, but I can come to US to get any equipment, etc. But it would have to be strategic as flights are very expensive.
Has anyone done this or does anyone have enough experience to guide me if this is feasible with ASU's online EE BS program?
Thank you.
As a MSFT engineer using (also forced to use) copilot cli for 90% of everything I do at work, I realized a huge aspect of what's stopping these AI agents from fully automating a single workflow is missing mcps.
For example, a customer reported their PBI reports broke. I checked a recent SDP for PowerBI pipeline. I asked cli to determine all the commits that could have caused it.
It identified three commits. I asked it to revert all three in a custom branch from main, push to devops, create a bug and create a pr associating the bug.
Once it did that, I had to create the PBI pipeline run--missing mcp feature.
Then once deployment was complete to that region, I had to manually validate the PBI in the UI--missing PowerBI mcp.
Once PBI reports were back up, I had to repeat the process reverting one less commit until I found the problematic commit--please don't judge as PowerBI sdk is sh1t and doesn't give reason for why PowerBI failed to render.
The issue was a commit made by a junior engineer who said he had tested it but apparently not and I had approved his pr. We have an issue of not using tmdl for PBI for changes but making the changes in PBI files themselves so changes don't show up as diffs--it's a problem but we are deprecating these reports anyway.
I realized that the entire exercise could be done by current copilot cli if only the mentioned mcp features existed. I was just the middle man because the agents don't have the "sensors" or "hands" yet. But these hands can easily be created for this particular issue.
Made me realize the moat is the missing mcp or mcp features which can make these agents more hands free.
Does Pakistan let second bachelors? I'm a 31 years old Pakistani American who is thinking of enrolling in Electrical Engineering Bachelors in Pakistan because I need to get the degree and I can be with my wife in Pakistan--her visa is blocked by Trump pause. Does Pakistan have adult students? Would this work?
At my team at MSFT, they are literally threatening us via usage dashboards showing personal and team level copilot cli usage.
Now they are forcing us to do EVERYTHING with copilot cli--via mcps--and cli auto tags all prs to indicate created via agent. If you don't, your AI usage metrics will be low and will be used for performance stack ranking.
And I can't even find a reason to push back because honestly I haven't found any use case yet that can't be done with cli--the mcps read documents from wikis, create work items, query logs, query customer icms, create prs, resolve icms, etc.
There is no fun or passion anymore. I didn't come into CS to "chat."
