I’m looking at the voter guide more than a week ahead for once, mainly because I wanted to see who this Cervantes dude is that has been spamming my inbox for a few months. I find he’s running against Ami Bera. Which got me into looking at the CA-03 people, which got me looking at Heidi Hall and wondering why a Grass Valley person was running for my district. And then I found out Grass Valley and Arden Arcade are in the same district. What the heck?!

It just seems like this district needs to be split in 2, though I suppose the argument against that is the population count outside of the Sacramento area.

Who’s the good option instead of Bera, is it Hall? At least she has some political office experience.

So short story long, bought a pair of gaming headphones. Worked almost great, but it had an issue that couldn't be figure out. Ended up returning those and bought a 2nd pair (same model, diff color). Those show up today, they're working as expected, so the 1st pair hardware was the issue.

Problem is, these are previously returned headphones, they have a LPN sticker on the box (I've only been looking into this stuff now, I've never experienced this with Amazon).

Grand scheme of things, these headphones are working so I'm fineish with them, but if they're giving me used items, then I want to be charged for used items, not new. Is there a channel to contact them to see if they'll do a price adjustment rather than making me do another return? I tried looking through their help section but there's so much there and I didn't see anything.

I guess this isn't like it was 10 or 20 years ago when I did a CSR live chat?

I'm kind of confused by all the comments I see regarding DTS unbound and various HyperX headphones and I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be seeing.

With a Cloud 3S wireless, if I open DTS Sound Unbound, is it supposed to automatically pick up the device and give me a license? Or is the "lifetime activation" that they mention referring only to when using Ngenuity (legacy since the new version doesn't have DTS branding)?
