Don't mean to sound paranoid but the more I read about the Santa Susana lab failure and the recent Woolsey fire the more concerned I am. Curious if anyone had their water or soil tested if they live close to this area. There is a shocking amount of cancer cases around here that are well documented by scientific professionals.
Maybe in the socal area or surrounding places? All environmental Labs do not provide this service in my area. Looking to purchase a home near a lab that had a major radiation leak in the '60s, I'm almost sure everything is okay but would be good for peace of mind.

I know rates change every day, historically some lenders charge a lot more in fees than others. Other lenders are known for having low rates regardless of competition. Just curious on who may provide those lowest rates please chime in.
