I know these places are usually off a bit but I’m curious to know how off

I’ve been getting their lunches and I’m enjoying them, however, I feel like the protein count doesn’t reflect the meal I’m eating. I could be wrong since I don’t actually know how it’s prepped but I feel like a 52g pro advertised meal is closer to 30g
