Been pondering over this thought for a while. As my anxiety get converted into anger n i end up hurting closed ones n eventually people start judging u. Sometimes ig it gets hard to remain strong. Don't know this is the right sub or not but any how to cope with these things 🫠

Was ignoring the pain in left collerbone but today it was worst. I mean i can't rotate my arm as soon as I woke up. Started gymming 2 months ago. Everything is going fine as of now it's just this left shoulder n this collerbone. Planning to visit Orthopedic tomorrow morning. Anyone gone through this issu🫠
