This is my first car. And I am not sure how should i go about fixing these. Does the whole panel need to be replaced for the first scratch and the last pic is the hood lots of tiny scratch with rust on it?

All thanks to the redditor who posted their oil pastels artworks here. Made me realize i used to love drawing too.
I had intermittent pain on tooth #30 when i was not brushing at night in January and February and drinking lots of soda. And the pain stopped after that when I started brushing regularly at night.
At the end of March got the filling done on this tooth. And since then i have been on a lot of pain. For more than 1 month, i am not able to eat from there.
I went to another dentist and he has suggested root canal and referred me to an endodontist.
But he said such deep filling was unnecessary and is very close to the nerve. Is that true?
Is root canal the only option here? This would be my first root canal.
