Have the tightest hips
I started training muay thai a couple weeks ago but I came from a boxing background, I can’t seem to get my kicks up high enough to damage the body and I don’t want to be the guy only spamming leg kicks, I’ve tried a couple stretches but I don’t know how long I should be holding the stretches or how long I should be stretching in general, if you guys can help me out to loosen these hips with tips and tricks it would really help.
