never had a phone carrier before and Im looking for a good carrier that I am able to upgrade my phone every year is this a good option?

turn 18 tomorrow I wanted to start my credit building journey soon as possibly what would be the best credit card for a beginner I am financially responsible and know don’t spend unless I got the money to pay it back
