Hello all, 33 F here. I’ve worked with my hands my entire adult life and for the first time this week I’ve noticed I can’t fully make a fist with my left hand without fairly significant pain. There hasn’t been any obvious injury or trauma, so I’m starting to wonder if this could be early arthritis or something similar, though I haven’t been diagnosed yet. For those who’ve dealt with hand joint pain or arthritis symptoms, what have actually helped you? And is there anything else I should be looking into or doing early on before this potentially gets worse?
