Is it just me who likes rice with dry Sabji?

Was craving something Punjabi but didn’t want to eat out, so I decided to make palak paneer.
Called my mummy and got her recipe for it. Usually, I make rice with all my gravies and sabzi because making roti is such a big chore, especially for just one person.
I had seen these Malabar parotha at Dmart before, and I thought I’d give them a try. I was a bit skeptical, but I thought, whatever, let’s try it and they turned out really good. The taste is very close to restaurant style parotha. They paired really well with palak paneer.
From now on, I’m definitely going to have them regularly.

Cooked pork after so many months. It turned out absolutely gobsmacking..... 😋😋😋 Bought pork from Meatigo.
