I had an issue with mine, but in my case I had never used it and a couple of days ago I opened it up to charge it for an up coming trip. And the flashlight wouldn't come on but the torch worked fine. I contacted them and was told to try and hold the power button down because it might be in sleep mode. When that didn't work, i contacted them again and asked for a replacement and they basically said they couldn't do anything. Terrible experience and customer service. Mind you, I have purchased other flashlights and headlamps from them but i will never buy anything from them again!
