PCT M90 Stencils are finally live 🥵

We’ve had people bugging us about these for a while now. It was hard to find the time to get them cranked out but we finally did and they’re awesome.

We couldn’t decide on the scale so we made 2 versions- ‘Standard’ and ‘Small.’ Personally I prefer the ‘Standard’ size.

Rapco colors used on our example ammo can are as follows, and in this order:

-911 Black

-30277 Sand

-34102 Dark Green

-34151 Light Green

While this seems like a simple pattern, we discovered in our first test that the way you arrange the shapes makes a big difference in how this turns out. It’s not as simple as just randomly layering them on. But I made a short explainer video to help with a few pro tips, and if you watch that you’ll get the idea. It’s at the bottom of the product page.

Anyway, these are live now on our site! Enjoy!

First time AR Painting

First time painting any gun, my AR was half FDE and half black. Finally got my suppressor on and wanted to to go the can route. All with rustoleum camo line. Base coat khaki, then army green and dark earth stripes. Then just took craft sponges dipped in each and ended with this.

This is epic

I laughed because this is what a lot of things that are important to clay shooters and I have shot and owned a few that I thought was too dang much but I also enjoy rattle canning so rifles to. I can only imagine the guy that’s usually in the top 2 for individual high gun in league at the end of the season. He shoots a krieghoff K80 super scroll. Custom fitted. I mean he’s making payments on it like a new car. 36 K shotgun. Crazy 🤪

Not a rattlecanned gun

Sprayed an Opscore. My favorite paint jobs are no plan, no stencils, just staring at the woods and sending it.

Everybody raves about cerakote but...

You can't do it on the fly. I hit my SF 762 mini with 2 coats of Brownells Alumahyde about a month ago and took ole girl out for a training session. One tree later (oddly the same one in the photo) and the result was a lovely tear. No fear, took it home and scraped off the residual and blasted it again. Voila. To be fair though, cerakote is prolly ideal for a can, but until I run out of paint... pshhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Love how the spraypaint chipped/flaked off of my Magpul FDE cerakoted lower to make it looks more mixed and camo-like
