I am planning a trip to disney and planning to stay at a skyliner resort. It seems the skyliner will be shut down for maintenance the week before my trip. How often does the maintenance go over the scheduled timeline?

Any advice for what one wears to a black tie optional work gala? I own plenty of gowns that I've worn to weddings but many of them feel to sexy-coded (suits, cleavage). What does one wear to stick to the dress code but still feel work appropriate?​
