It has been a busy work week and I got behind on sharing some of my outfits! Here are my outfits for the week! Tops on outfit 3 and 4 are second hand, the rest is Ann Taylor! Jeans jn outfit 1 are Levi’s from Amazon.
I have a sore ankle so it’s been sneakers and kitten heels this week.

picked up this cute little sweater from simons. paired with ever new wide leg pants.
Wore this to a dinner with colleagues during a work conference and wanted something that felt professional but not overly formal.
I went with a navy shirt dress (slightly loose, textured fabric) and paired it with a blush and gray Louis Vuitton shoulder bag and metallic slides to elevate it a bit. The goal was effortless but still put-together after a full day of sessions.
I like how easy it felt, and the green Master’s sweater to elevate the look before heading out was a great last-minute decision.
Do any of these work for conferences and how do I style them?
I took this sub’s advice and returned everything from the last haul except for the navy dress and grey pants. Although I hate them now and I wish I had returned them, but I missed the window.

Wearing belts and tucking and shirts is so awkward to me and I can’t feel like I ever get it right.

Work conference look and I was aiming for something that sits between comfortable and polished.
I built this around a midi skirt + blouse combo, then dressed it down slightly with a denim jacket (cold meeting rooms) and clean white sneakers for practicality. Finished it with a structured crossbody to keep it feeling intentional.
I really love these and want to buy them but only if I can wear them in the office. Any thoughts? Or should I just buy a regular pair or black pants please let me know!
