Can you constructively criticize my fitness page - what am I doing right vs wrong?

I quit my banking job to become a personal fitness trainer and it’s going well but the fitness content side of it, growing my social media, isn’t going how I expected it to. I expected at least 5k followers by now.

none of my family or friends are supporting me.

i was told people are looking for natural fitness creators - those who don’t use peptides or steroids. Here I am with a top 10% physique, genuine advice, no crackhead music or manipulative editing etc, with some consistency. I don’t sell $100 programs or overpriced equipment.

I changed my bio at least 58 times and nothing seems to get me followers. I’m never giving up Bec I know I’ve got what it takes to succeed.

what am i doing right vs wrong ? I highly appreciate it. THANK YOU

How can I make my audio sound Punchy, Present and Professional? (Rode Wireless Pro + iPhone 17 PM + FCP setup)

it seems every video online, whether its Youtube or instagram, has way better sounding mics than I do with my $400 Rode mic.

I attached screenshots of all my settings in the media uploads. I spent at least 10 hours watching, reading, searching for answers. I tried EVERYTHING. idk what im doing right vs wrong.

My question is: How can I make my audio to sound punchy and professional?

Is there a video you can link that shows the whole pre-production & post production process using wireless Pro with iphone? Bec I cant seem to find any that show those exact procedures.

I really appreciate it. Thank you

I attached screenshots of all my settings in the media uploads. I spent at least 10 hours watching, reading, searching for answers, even on the r/rode group - otherwise I wouldn't have posted here. im trying my best. idk what im doing right vs wrong.

bec of rule 8; no promotion or self promotion, I won't post my videos here, though the videos im referencing can be found in my social links.

I really appreciate it. Thank you

89kg bodybuilder, first time trying dragonflags. What am I doing right vs wrong ?

Also: after 2 sets of dragonflags + 2 sets of negatives I dont feel a pump in my abs. why?

what’s the mechanics of dragonflags? The concentric and eccentric. Like at the bottom do I push up with my hips or lower abs?

edit: 89 kilograms = 196.211 pounds

. Before and after pics. after spending $50 I didn’t get any items for free and they just wanted me to keep on spending and buying shit

idk why I bother with this app tbh. waiting for my refund and deleting this app.

sharing this so no one else falls for the scam

This grown woman in the ad is wearing a short skirt, a tied up shirt and obvious cleavage when she stands up, with girly pigtails. Just the typical female students which you find everywhere, you know?

no wonder countless of tutors and people using this service have experienced perverts and provocative content. and if you don’t see anything sexual about this ad then you’re blind, dumb and in denial.
