What u guys prefer and be not bored with

Iam taking duphalac for 1.5 month now , is it really safe to continue for another month , and till how long ? Its the only thing helping me with my fissure , iam in literal peace cause of that

Its been a solid 1.5 month no bleed no pain but taking lactulose stool softener daily 30ml at mrng and 30ml at night . But BUT BUT.... even if i reduce 30ml to 20ml a single day , then it pains a bit again during poop the next day !!! How is this possible ? I healed or still healing after 1.5m or not at all healed ? Anyone suffering like i do ? Iam so scared man
