Had an episode I suspected was SVT, doctor did this next day, have had a tight chest since that evening and just don't feel right overall. Set to get heart monitor on Tuesday. Ever since that episode my BP overall has dipped and pulse, although my pulse only dipped after he put me on a beta blocker. The BP was lower than usual that morning before the beta blocker. Usual 130/90 current 114/78 I also have severe anxiety/panic disorder which doesn't help.

Weird effect, and have begun a taper

For the last week or so, no matter the dosage I take(sometimes only 10mg), exactly 2 hours after, I have this weird episode where my chest hurts, and I can't breathe and am extremely dizzy and hot, and it only lasts about 10 minutes, and it activates major panic... but after it's over, I am freaking exhausted, and have to nap. After this first episode I went to my doctor and had an ecg and it was normal so I'm really confused on what's going on. It seems very physical given the exhaustion afterwards, and I have panic attacks (and have meds for them), and these episodes are definitely not that. Anyone else dealt with anything like this? Trying like hell to get off this crap but given "life" also trying to not be sick as hell so I can function even though I'm fighting this episodes while tapering.

Question about substituting for quitting

Hypothetically, if someone had access to high dro CD tenz, could you switch, after WDs have begun, let's say 24 hours into acutes, to these and work down over the course of 7 days for a less aggressive taper/quit schedule of some sort. Or would precipitated not be a thing here? Something similar to the way they use the S one that rots the things we use to eat with. Or would this hypothetical scenario be completely out of the question?

Had a night where a switch flipped and my heart rate was at least 200bpm. However, I am prone to panic attacks. 99% of the time, I can feel it coming. This episode, I couldn't. Lasted about 5 minutes, then I physically shook harder than I have ever shook after a panic attack. Next day, got this done at PCP. I suspect the 2 top leads were too high as they were closer to my collar bone above my breasts. Since then, my chest has felt very uncomfortable, similar to post panic attack. But it's lasting weeks. Opinions? 31/F I vape, occasionally a beer or 2 of a night. Oh and had consistent 130s/90s BPs, since episode 110s/70s. Have been on 3 BP meds for years, while staying in higher BPs. Chest uncomfortableness that comes and goes at this point relieved by current anxiety PRN. Why would my BP dip all of a sudden after years and stay down? I just think that is so weird . Heart monitor scheduled 15 days from now.

2014 Taurus SE. I found this yesterday. I've owned the car outright for almost 3 years. Bought it from a dealership with cash. It blinks red and green. Is this a tracker? If so, how can I remove it? Best pics I could get.
