Looking for a guy who takes heuston to Athy in evenings
This is a long shot but during March or April (?)when I took the 8:20pm Waterford bound train on Tuesday or Thursday, there was always this guy there. He would always look at me or walk near me and when we would go onto the train, he would always sit in the aisle next to me even though I know it’s not his seat - saw him putting his bags up in a different carriage and then when I walked past he walked behind me.
The last time I saw him it seemed like he wanted to talk to me but I ended up getting a call the entire ride and then I haven’t seen him since. I’m 21 and he looks around my age. I think he goes to college in Dublin but he gets off at Athy.
I always wore the same brown leather jacket and always had a brown bag with me
(21F 175cm 73kg - goal 60kg)
I’m a pretty busy person and work 8-5. I wake up at 6am, shower, get ready, and walk to work (about an hour) for breakfast I just bring a pear(or apple) and a banana with me while I walk - or sometimes a fibre bar
These are the lunches we get at work. I don’t finish all of it but I’m not losing weight either way.
I work in a kitchen and I do about 20-25k steps a day - including the walks back home. After work I will go for a run of 5km and then get home and shower and I’ll have whatever my mom has made - usually pasta or rice dishes. I then study for a few hours and go to sleep.
On my days off I go to school and for breakfast I’ll have porridge, for lunch I’ll have a chicken salad and the when I’m back home, I run again and have whatever is for dinner.
I wash my hair once a week cause of work and it has always worked for me. But for the last 2 washes it ended up looking greasy. I thought the first time it was because I skipped my mask but I did it this time and still the same.
It feels completely dry, when it normally doesn’t, and just chunky.
My normal routine that has worked for months:
I use kerastase chroma shampoo + mask.
I leave the mask for an hour (only ends)
(Rituals detox shampoo every 4 washes)
I rinse my hair with warm-cool water
Air dry for a bit and then tresemme hair protection + rituals leave in conditioner. After styling use kerastase glaze drops.
So far i have REwashed my hair with shampoo only - thinking i dint wash it out properly - I have used the shampoo (twice), mask, spray and leave in, I just dried it, feels dryer than normal, yet looks so greasy.
I have low porosity, thin, but high density hair.
Hey i live in tullow and started jogging recently, I try do it with my sister but she doesn’t always go with me. I do 4-7km (so preferably a medium to bigger dog) and just want some company. I’m available after 6pm. Don’t need to pay but please have it leash trained, non reactive and with a call response - I’ll provide an ID and personal number for any concerns.
Edit: I think it’s a bit confusing, the 9 pace is unfortunately not running. My walking pace is already 10-9😅. The running was anything below 7! I didn’t run the 6k! - the red on the map is running
So I started jogging (with the goal of running 5k) on Saturday and today is my 2nd time and I can’t even bend my knees.
I’m thinking it’s my posture. When I lean back the pain eases off a bit but it’s hard to keep reminding myself to lean back when jogging - if anyone has tips on it.
I feel I’ve gotten my breathing down a bit better than my first time. My town is pretty flat also so I don’t think it’s the ground.
I have pretty wide hips, and my knees naturally come more inwards than my hip width, if I try doing it hip width I feel like I’m going bow-legged.
These shoes belong to my sister so I’m not sure which ones they are but they’re really comfortable so I don’t think it’s them either.
