Instagram Account suspended
My Instagram account got suspended without any clear reason, and I submitted an appeal about a week ago. Since then, I haven’t received a single update from Meta regarding the status of my account.
I even subscribed to Meta Verified support from my personal account to get assistance. I contacted a Meta support agent through chat, explained everything, and they told me my case had been escalated to a “specialized team.” They said I would be contacted once there was an update.
But today, I suddenly saw that the case was marked as “closed” without any explanation, and my Instagram account is still suspended. No email, no decision, no response from the specialized team nothing.
It’s honestly frustrating because there seems to be no transparency in the process. I still don’t even know what policy I supposedly violated.
Has anyone else faced something similar recently? Were you able to recover your account, and if yes, how long did it take?
