Hi, I lost 22 pounds, and even though it took me a long time and a lot of effort, I’m struggling with how I feel about it now. When I started my weight loss journey, I thought losing this much would make me look completely different and finally feel confident. Being short, I always heard that any weight change would be super noticeable, so I really expected 22 pounds to show a lot more. But instead of feeling proud, I feel more insecure because I still feel like I look the same, maybe even bigger than I did. It’s confusing because I worked so hard, but the change isn’t what I imagined. I even compared some pictures, but the difference still doesn’t look like much to me, and it’s frustrating after all this effort. Has anyone else felt this way, and how did you get past it?

Hi, I live in the U.S. (Oregon) and I have a question. If I take my permit test a few days before my 18th birthday, do the under 18 rules still apply to me? For example, would I still have to hold my permit for 6 months and complete the required driving experience hours, even though I turn 18 right after? One of my goals was to get my permit before turning 18, but I want to know if doing it now would cause any disadvantages for me.
