Please advice about what exactly is pulling the performance down?

I recently upgraded by PC from GTX 1060 3GB to RX 7700 XT 12 GB. I have noticed some performance gains but not a whole lot and I think it may have something to do with my processor, which is a Ryzen 5 2400 G.

Rest of the specs are:

Ram : DDR4 16 GB 3600 MHZ

SSD : WD Black 770 1TB

Motherboard : MSI B450M gaming Plus

Are there any settings I need to disable/enable on Adrenaline AMD software to get the most out of my GPU? Is there something wrong in the metrics uploaded below that I should/could optimize?

Games below :

Apex Legends (Lags, my internet connection is like 600 MBPS down and up, stutters a bit sometimes and avg fps is 70 with graphic settings being medium or almost high.)

Division 1: (All settings are high, lags quite a bit in between)

Kingdom come deliverance: (Ocassional frame drops and stutters although I believe that could be due to optimization of the game but settings were Ultra)

Amazing Spiderman 1: Frame drops occassionally, slightly low FPS when a lot is happening in the scene sometimes, Ultra settings

[PC][2000s?] A hack and slash game, 3D, whitish stages, endless monsters and transforming MC

Platform: PC

Genre: 3D Action / Hack-and-Slash

Era: Early 2000s

Looking for a 3D PC action game from the early 2000s where you play as a sword-wielding main character. Here's what I remember:

- Combat: Enemies kept spawning in waves throughout the level, it was very combat-heavy

- Transformation: The main character could shift into a special/powered-up form

- Setting: The levels had a bright, white, castle-like aesthetic

- Perspective: Fully 3D gameplay

I've been wracking my brain and can't place it. Games I've already ruled out: Devil May Cry, Onimusha, Enclave, Severance: Blade of Darkness (2001), Crusaders.

Any leads appreciated!
